I did one like that that is still somewhat active.  Others, like the Age of Onset poll, have built in graphs.  I have no clue how they set that up.

It seems as if this page does not have the capability to post a "typical" web based poll. Odd for a sub-forum called "polls" to not have the capability. 

On most sites you simply start a new conversation, and check the box to add a poll to the conversation, select the number of possible entries and whether multiple selections are enabled, fill in the poll items and you're done. 

Oh well, maybe in a future upgrade from Simple Machines?
