Great results Baron,

Had my surgery nearly 2 weeks back and cant wait to hit the gym, also be interested to know how soon after you started working out?

Congratulations. Wow, 3 months of working out makes a big difference. Hats off to you and your surgeon.

By the way, did you experience any kind of lumping of creasing at the early stages of recovery?
