Upper chest after surgery

I'm 5 weeks out from surgery and I'm happy I went ahead with surgery a big difference already.
But my upper chest is still flabby I did have liposuction aswel. I'm a little disappointed as lower chest is a load better.
Is this something that will improve with time?
Or shall I mention to my surgeon I'd like more liposuction in this area?  I'm doing my chest massages each day.
