You have been busting your arse with the diet and weights and it shows. You look really good mate, lost a load of weight and getting into good shape. Would you take the 5K back and have your moobs again?  ;D

Haha cheers guys :P

Yeah I've been strict on the diet (keeping carbs. low) and been hitting the weights room hard again, trying to get plenty of cardio in as well. Used to have a decent set of abs when I was like 18 but they never looked quite right under a set of moobs though, so gonna try and get those back now, lol.

Chopper: Haha Karidis can keep the 5k and I'll keep the moobs as they are now :P
