i have lipomastia and my breast has fall 
i wear bra because my breast need too support

Hi alexii, welcome to the forum! There a many of us that have accepted our breast and wear a bra for comfort. You can find us in the acceptance area of the forum, and also get all kinds of help there as far as what kind of bras work if you need that too.
