Hi guys
I have somewhat round circular chest, I seen a surgeon who specializes in Gynecosmastia.
He say my chest fat or breast tissue is not significant.
However, i believe my muscle is what's bothering me the most since whenever I wear a shirt, it popped out like thick female breast.
I thinking of getting rid of it for good so im curious if complete mastectomy works for this situation where it remove everything including the muscle.
i been wanting to have a good flat chest since high school.
Thanks for your inputs.

Before posting some pictures, I would like to know if mastectomy actually remove everything or just breast tissue/fat.
Docs, please comments.

I'm no doctor, but some breast tissue will be left behind to prevent your chest from deveveloping a hole or  concave look. I personal think a hole would look much worse then any else.

I see, i dont mind a small breast tissue stays behind.
But will the muscle be removed or at least most of it.

I don't think any muscle is ever remove at anytime in this procedure! The procedure is to reduce fat and breast tissue in order to reduce breast size. Muscle is needed for other  purposes!
