Hello , can anyone give some advice if i can do anything or where to go . I'm in perth WA.
I had operation to reduce puffy nipples from taking pro hormones around 5 years. To look at me you probably wouldnt notice if it was a cold day and my nipples are tight. However ifI raise my arms or tense my chest. If i raise my arms my nipple go in and I have a crater appear and is depressed . If I tense up both nipples go inwards . Its very embarressing and started to get me down . Are there fillers etc that can be used. Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated...

thank you .

Sounds like too much gland was taken out during your surgery.  Nothing you can do about it except possibly revision surgery with someone who seriously knows what they are doing - preferably someone who specialises in gyne revision, which I doubt there are in Aust. (i'm from QLD).

mine has a small crater too, but the doc said it should fill in after awhile. i am lean so i figure working out when i start again will help too, get blood flowing to the area.
