Hello,
I had the surgery back in September and it all went well, looked great for the first while, but now my internal scar tissue ( I'm guessing) has my chest looking the same as it did before the surgery. My nipples are sticking out again, that's where most of the scarring is under the nipple, but also to either side of the nipple giving my chest that "breast" look again. What can I do? Massage doesn't seem to help. Is this going to go away?

What I mean is, scar tissue can cause the areola to puff up like gland?
