Post surgery scar tissue
i recently had surgery 3 months ago and feel a little lump behind nipple assuming it's scar tissue should I get kenalog or cortisone shots or wait it out?

Waiting does nothing. Trust me cause i had scar tissue for over a year and it never changed.
You could either: 
1) get a shot for it by whoever did your surgery
2) just massage and squeeze it for 15-30 mins a day
