The University of London, has a study out now that shows several viruses are more dangerous to men. They seem to think that in some way, possibly hormonally, the virus can identify the sex of it's host. If this is true, then would the messed up hormones in some of us be an asset?

Nice try, but I don't think so.
On the other hand, I am 80 years old and just had a triple bypass surgery in August. Today I went to visit a young friend who lives in a third floor apartment with no elevator. I am preparing for a two week camping trip for next summer and if possible, A 50+ mile backpacking trip too. I am the only Octogenarian I know that is still camping in a tent. None of my children are still backpacking. For hiking and backpacking companions, I need to round up some grandchildren.
