Ok really glad i found out this site as many questions have been answered but im past trying to deal with my nipples. They started to get puffy around the time i was 12, went to the doctor to get it checked out. She told me that it happened to many boys my age and would go away. Been 6 almost 7 years now and it didn't go away. So I have finally decided to save up for the surgery. However I'm a little embarrassed to talk to my parents about surgery and maybe aiding me in paying for it. Really the only person ive told that my puffy nipples bothers me mentally is my older sister lol. Dad is just a mans man and i just dont really have the courage to confront them about it. Any tips on how to bring it up would be great.

Write a letter to your parents dude...

This will eliminate the awkwardness of a one-on-one conversation. You will be able to convey your thoughts clearly without stress and embarrassment.

It's a good way to break the ice on the subject...  ;)
