i have heard a lot about posture on this board and is this like slouching? because i do that a lot is it bad for you? ???
I have gyne that is caused by Fat not the gland, but it is still hard with my life.

Because slouching leads to a back condition in which a part of your back rises up above normal causing you to become a hunchback. Yeah thats an extreme case of someone slouching his entire life but my grandfather has a slight hunch in his back from slouching all his life so it DOES happen. Also slouching could lead to a less powerfull back i suppose. Personally i have gyno and I always slouch, and recently i have gotten back pains from doing random things like cleaning the house for about 10min which shouldnt really be happening to someone 15 years of age.
