finally got to see my chest for the first time..

no swelling really...really like the final product..almost worried he took too much out, he seemed to think it was perfect, so i'll give it enough time before making the final evaluation, plus i know he'd rather take too little out than too much (by his own admission, and some other people on this board saying he didn't take enough out on them), so hopefully everything goes ok...i think my expecations are reasonable and i'm not expecting the perfect chest, just wanted the gyne to be gone and i can live with minor imperfections

nipples are all wrinkly, they stretched from the gland pushing them out all the time, they are no longer puffy and should shrink he says..nipples feel less sensitive, not sure if it's cause they were wrapped in foam non stop for a week or if it's due to the surgery, or if that's how gyne-less nipples are supposed to be..if it is permanent, to be honest i don't care...

is the 3 month follow up at the hospital? the nurse told me to schedule at the registration desk, but lineup was too long, i figure i'll call in closer to 3 months anyway, maybe a month before, it'll give me a better idea of which day i will be free..i shouldn't have any problems with this right? was the nurse wrong, isn't the 3 month follow up at his office? or is the office only for consultations?

it is a NIGHT and DAY difference, can't wait to finally stop slouching and stand up straight!

next up is a nose job, tummy tuck, penis enlargement and butt implants, i'm lovin plastic surgery !  ;D (jk)

hehe... that's good.

BTW: Mine was also flat flat flat when I took the pads off. Now I am fighting some hard tissue which gives a swelling look - Especially when I take the compression off. I think it is normal and you might encounter the same problem. Just a heads up.

I am hoping it will get back to the 5 days post-op look soon. :)

now i'm gettin the swelling..it's more sore now than at any time before...not really fluid building but the tissue under the skin appears to be sore and swollen a bit..

nothing i can't handle...all a part of the healing process i'm sure...

I took my bandages off at day 2 and was very swollen. The swelling gradually went down each day and was gone by day 12, as my pics document.

You may not have much swelling as you have a minor case of Gyne.

At day 12, The swelling was gone and very little soreness. However at day 12 I was getting this intermittent pain at my right areola/nipple area. It lasted for a few days and then was gone.
