Alright, well I definately have gynecomastia, but it is definately a mild case.  I used to workout a lot espically on my chest hoping that it would decrease the size of my nipples, and so I could have a better looking chest.  After about 4 months of working out, I noticed improvement in other parts of my body, but it seemed as if my chest got much harder(stronger), but the nipple puffiness was still there, and it seemed as if my chest just got worse as far as sticking out and it just seemed like there was muscle with fat on top of it.  I was depressed as ever.  I basically stopped working out after that, and I was wanting to start back up again.  And I was wondering something about gynecomastia.

1. Is gynecomasia just the gland behind the nipple, or is it also fat around the chest?

Alright, so if I was to begin working out again, could I get a really good chest. (Except the nipple of course), or would the gyno make my chest have fat over it?
