hey guys finally made the first step to finally getting rid of this, i told him where i'd like to get refered to and he said it would be covered by ohip

but before i get refered i need to get an ultrasound done? to make sure they knows exactly whats under there than he gets to say if it can be removed or not? how do they do ultrasounds lol, i really dont want my shirt off that much but i have to get one done tomorrow :(

its no big deal I had one not long ago you lye on the table in a darkened room with usually just the tech and he or she puts some green glop on your chest and rolls the ball thingy around for a few minutes on each boob that's it.

You are absolutely correct.  IMHO, one doesn't need to do an ultrasound (or mammogram or MRI) unless something more sinister is suspected.  If indeed you plan to have surgery, then the surgeon is going to remove whatever is there.  There is no such thing as "whether he can remove it or not."  If it is there and causing excess size of your breast, the surgeon can remove it.
