New to all of this

Hey guys,
For as long as I can remember, Ive had man boobs. The embarrassment at school and at the beach etc..I'm sure alot of you know about it.

I found out about this surgery a couple of years ago, but I think i'm getting to the stage of wanting to do something about it.

This is my first real contact with it all, so I'm hoping to find some recommendations for a surgeon. I will also see my GP and hopefully he will refer me to someone.

Any idea of cost?...I will try and get some photos up soon!

i have found that my right nipple is rounded and hard

when i squeeze it, this clear liquid comes out of my nipple, im i lactating or something, this is really wierd
