I've had my surgery for 8 days now and I realised just now that when I press a certain part of my chest, it makes this squishy sound? I'm not sure how to explain but if anyone has experienced this and would like to share their experience on this, please do. I hope its not permanent. Oh, and also, I've been wearing the vest every single day and night, only taking it off when I shower.

The squishy sound (or feeling) may be due to either some post op fluid or some retained air under the skin.  In either case, it should disappear spontaneously.
