12 Day Post Surgery Question

Hey, like the title says I just recently got my operation done.

The results are going along nicely.

I had what was called a "scarless" gynecomastia meaning instead of cutting my nipples off the doctor made small incisions near my arm pit and worked from there.

Everything looks fine so far, the bruising is finally going away and my chest is looking flat. (I'm sure the swelling still has a bit to go)

I've noticed if I raised my arms above my head or laid down my nipples would kind of collapse in.

My question is is it too soon to worry about the crater deformity I've read about?

Yes, it is too early. If you search the threads you will find it can take two years to see a final result. In your case I would wait at least 12 weeks before making any kind of judgment.
