Does the complexity of surgery depends on whether u have bigger breast or smaller?
To operate smaller breasts, would the surgery be much simpler?

I would think that the 'complexity' of surgery would be the same. The 'amount' of work required would change...  ;)

Probably I think I wanted to ask whether surgery risks & complications will be relatively smaller in case of mild gynecomastia?

Tony....

I would tend to think that the risks and chances of complications would the just the same no matter what the severity is...  That's just an educated guess though.

This would be a good question for a PS during a consult...  ;)

To me it is obvious that the bigger the breast the more difficult the procedure.   I mean,  the goal of the PS is to make one flat chested so if u have more skin to remove it would seem to me to be more difficult and may need more procedures like a maxoplaxty  ect ect
