Lumps 16 weeks post surgery

I am now16 weeks post surgery, I still have small lumps under both nipples that are slightly tender, is this normal? I am happy with the asthetics just hope the lumps aren't glandular and that they don't grow. Has anyone else had these lumps after surgery?

My nipples are very tender almost 12 weeks post op.. Theres also hard lumps under both.
