I'm 9 days post op and my doc told me i could get back to my regular life at 21 days. my arms are still very stiff to move, especially raising them straight up at my sides. would it be a good idea to be slowly stretching them out? It doesn't hurt when i stretch them it's just extremely tight.

I wouldn't if I were you. Just give it time.

i was in the same situation as you, dont worry another week and you will feel normal

i couldnt strech my arms all the way up without it being uncomfortable, it wore off about day 16 and now im fine. I went down the gym yesterday and that was a bit harsh (shoudlnt really have lifted weights tbh) and being with my mate made it worse cause he kept on trying to push me to do more.

itl heal up, give it time. Try going for walks and just generally getting out of the house youl feel alot better!
