I'm currently 17 years old and I have a mild case of gyno. I can feel the tissue under my nipples and I've had it for about a year and a half. I am a late bloomer and just recently hit puberty not too long ago. They used to hurt alot whenever I touched them but now they dont. My question is is there anything I could do now or do I just wait it out. I went to an endocrinologist and he told me that I was fine however my estrogen levels came back a little high. What should I do?

Depending on the severity of the case, I would try to wait it out until you get a little older.

Totally agree with Dr. Pope.  Your gyne is of relatively short duration and there is a chance that it may resolve on its own.  I would check back periodically with your endocrinologist, however, to monitor your estrogen levels.  That way you will be aware of whether it is heading in any particular direction.

Be patient!
