Nutella,

It looks to me like you got a great result.  When you compare the before and after photos, there's an obvious difference.  It appears that you had much more breast tissue on your left side than your right, and you can't deny that there's a significant improvement there, so well-done!
Regarding the irregular contour upon flexing, I can see it on the left side in the photo (sub-optimal photos though), but it may be something that will improve over time.  Massage may help that, as it looks like you have some tethering of the skin against muscle. If it doesn't improve in a year's time, a little fat injection may clear it up. But there appears to be NO contour problem with your muscles at rest. I hope you're happy overall- you look great.

Absolutely I had scar tissue after surgery.... The incision at one point was very obviously scarred, it was red and purple and was very elevated and swollen. That scar tissue went away in about 3-6 months I would estimate. The discolouration was drastically reduced after about a year.

You should hit up the Ask A Doctor forum. Better yet, you should contact a gyne specialist over the phone and Email some pics. Only because you'll def get a price quote that way.

If you don't mind me asking, do you remember when your swelling wasn't there anymore? Most people say they can't remember cause it snuck away.

Thank you and good luck.

did you have any post op puffiness?

Overall I didn't notice too much puffiness but there was a decent amount of swelling around the incision points. The cuts under the areola protruded into an elevated lip for a while but over the months softened and became less elevated. Now they are entirely flat.
