Im going buying one tomorrow. Any ever tried um on man breasts? If they will give six packs im sure they would help firm the man boobs.

If they are real (gyne) then I don't see how bands would make a bit of difference.

If they are muscle, then toning them down would possibly make them a different shape. 

Being breasts (gyne) are fat and gland, don't really see how it could make anything really change.

Burning calories, might help, but I don't think you can really target them.  hopefully I am wrong about it!

Hopefully I have caught you early enough to save you some money.

The belt will only reduce the thickness of you wallet.

I use them (light) for my rotator cuff, as I had surgery on it last year, still working on strength, mostly on weights now, but the belts/bands are helpful when I can't use a weight.  Or in some really odd movement that weights don't work well.

Elastic bands can be useful as a means of resistance in place of weights for exercise; They will not be of significant help in reducing gynecomastia.
