I'm a 17 year old guy, And i have recently noticed that my chest no more looks like a man's chest. when i wear medium sized T-shirts my chest looks like boobs with pointed nipple. I have grown fat in 2 months i have put up 3 to 4 kilos, so i really wanted to know whether im suffering from gynecomastia or its just the fat that's making them look like breasts
