Does anyone know about "'diet aid of questionable value'" sold at http://www.gynecomastiatreatment.com ?  Is this a scam?

"You promised well over a year ago now that you would have Before/After pics of your customers. I am still waiting...

You have many 'Testimonials' on your Site but no B&A pics. In this 'digital' age, I find it very odd that you have written testimonials without the pics to 'back' them up...

I would like to see graphical proof that your product works...

When will you have B&A pics posted on your Site???
