Well I am now 3 weeks post-op and I'm doing great. Today was my first day to go without the vest. However, I've noticed that I may still have some swelling in my chest, either that or maybe my results weren't as good as I originally thought they might have been after surgery. Except I've also noticed that whenever I wear the vest, when I take it off to shower or whatever I look good. I haven't worn the vest for the past 5 or 6 hours and I look a little (just a little) more round than I would when I immediately take the vest off. Any ideas?

Three weeks is the minimum amount of time to wear a vest.  It will not hurt, and it can only help, if you wear it longer.  When you take off  your vest at 3 weeks, your body still wants to swell a bit -- wearing compression will keep the swelling down to a minimum.

You can, perhaps, switch to a really snug Under Armour T-shirt if that is more comfortable for you.

Keep your spirits up -- you are on the "other side" and things will only be getting better -- but slowly!

3 weeks is to early to really tell what your results are. Hang in there and heal up man.
