Doctor did
liposuction and donut kind of lift.

Breast tissue she dont remove by knife.
Because she said that looks crater after that and liposuction also remove little bit breast tissue.
My tissue was soft.

I am very happy and doctor said today that my breast looks very good now   and my pecs show more now

I have 4 days a go second surgery.
Doctor did my nipples smaller and take breast tissue away with knife.

Now my chest looks some much better

Hello!

It is now about 4 weeks after the second operation.
Nipples are much smaller and also the breasts.
Another nipples are inflamed or sore is a bit stretched and slight crater is in their breasts.
But the starting point at which improvement has become much or what do you guys think?

You look good!  It's unfortunate that you had to undergo two surgeries in order to get your desired result, but your most recent photos look like you should be pleased with the change (although, as you know, it is going to take a bit more time to realize the final result).
