What does it cost
So it sounds like surgery is my last option but, ballpark, what does it cost?

I got a quote over the phone of $3,850.  I asked how they knew what the amount would be before the initial consultation, and was told that they do it all the time and $3850 is the price.  My consultation is scheduled for August 10th, and I intend to post the details of that visit sometime soon after.

Finally, a question that hasn't been asked before.  ;)

You'll likely pay: 1) The Surgeon's fee 2) Anesthesia  3) Facility fee.

Mine totaled $6,000.

Mine was $3,190.00. That is in Ohio though, I am sure that our prices are lower than those in larger areas...
