Hi, I saw a surgeon and he confirmed that I had "gyn" but only a mild case...he seemed keep to do only lipo...now the bit that confused was that he said I had no breast tissue - it was only fat - but then i definitely have those marble lumps under my nipple and have "puffy nipples"...so i thought those lumps WERE the breast tissue...so was i wrong or shuld i c anuther surgeon???

Also does surgeory get rid of the puffiness in the nipples or not???

  • Gyne free, is the way to be!
Yeah, the excision alone makes a huge difference in the appearance. I would rather have excision and no lipo than lipo and no excision. See another ps.

  • Breasts belong on women!
The gland is the problem, and lipo doesn't get the gland.  See a different surgeon.

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
agree with everyone.  If you have puffy nips and the "marble", there's a good chance you have glandular tissue.  You want both excision and lipo.

That PS sounds worthless, get a 2nd and a 3rd opinion.
