I have a mild case of gyno.  Just puffy nipples, and one thing I noticed is that if i pinch them real hard or squeeze them, little droplets of clear liquid form on the outside.  what is this?

It can be lactation due to a raised prolactin level (pituitary hormone).

Or it it might not be.

To rule out that possibility you need hormone tests.

I can't remember if you were having these investigations already?

Yes, i had a physical on wednesday and had my doctor do blood and urine tests.  I assume I'll find out the results some time this week.

I had the same thing, I think it's normal. Gyne is breast tissue, so ducts start to form, something will collect in there eventually.

I had my prolactin tested, was normal. Had 2-3 blood tests for basically everything under the sun and a urine test, all normal.

Ditto!

Your condition could be completely normal or it could be a symptom of a serious problem.

Play safe and see a Doctor.
