vacation :(

Me and 2 friends(one is a female) are going to florida for a week of bummin on the beach and partying hard at night. I almost wish i could be as excited as they are but im gonna be insanely self consious and prob not take my shirt off haha...oh yea and humiliated when they start talkin shit. Ive decided that Its time to def get some surgery. I plan on making another post once i get pictures but does anyone know of a good or well known surgeon around michigan? If not in the state whos one of the most well known doctors around michigan. I am extreamly into fitness and really want to make sure its not to obvious after surgery...as i would like to be in body building competitions one day.
