I have put many in, I would note the incision is significant in the axilla. I typically try to have patients build up their pecs , it has the  advantage of no scar and it is significantly cheaper. Also you are  still a bit early in your post op recovery.

Sorry to hear about your disappointment -- but it may still be premature.

Strongly recommend your waiting 4-6 months to assess what should be close to the final result.  If you are still unsatisfied, recommend first returning to your surgeon to discuss your concerns.  You might also consider consulting with another surgeon, preferably a gyne expert, for another opinion.

If your problem is tethering, it may be treatable with a revision operation.  If the problem is lax skin, then there may be a few possible solutions to tighten the skin.

Pec implants would be way, way down on my list of possible treatments -- and it won't improve any tethering!

Photos are important.  You need to judge the overall outcome by the un-flexed state. But , it will give us information as to what is going on below.

I agree with he others. Four weeks is very early. Normal to have swelling and scar tissue, probably not really fat necrosis. Ask your surgeon about massage. I think it works to soften the area faster and helps to smooth out the result.
