I've been on here a long time without ever taking any pictures so I decided to go out and buy those cheap 30 dollar digital cameras and take some. It was hard getting the angle right but they came out relatively okay in the end.

And finally, what it looks like through a shirt:

I bought a bunch of smaller white shirts for the summer because I used to only wear over-sized black shirts and I thought I could just get myself to wear them but my nipples stick out way too much and it just looks so disgusting and un-natural.

I know I have puffy nipples but what do you all think? I'm going to see a doctor soon to get my hormones checked and what-not to prepare myself for eventually getting the excision surgery, which is the one to get for my case, right?

Thanks alot.

Yeah, that's a simple surgery, glandular excision only. Maybe a little bit of lipo, depending on what the DR says...Definitely excision!!! It sucks to have this condition. I had the same situation as you since I was 13, I'm now 32..I just had the operation about 3 mths ago. I wouldnt say I'm totatlly flat but you definitely can't see the nips thru the shirt anymore LOL!! Looks like a simple fix for you. Just remember, you can't expect perfection but you will see a great improvement with surgery. Good luck, surgery is worth the risks!!

I am exactly like you. Don't hope that it will remain without surgery. I'm sure.
Every problem has his solution.

yes, gland excision necessary, that's the only solution.
