how do i know if its fat or gyno?
is there a diff feel? and my nipples only puff out at night.

im 15 and 5'11 and 180 pounds and not muscular

If you can grab and feel a hard lump under your areola or in that region, it might be a gland. If it only gets uffy at night, it might just be its begining development since you are only 15. Do not get worry and enjoy your life. If the problem persists by the time you turn 20 and it bothers you, then go and see a surgeon or a physician.
