I am Asian, 5'7", 154 lb (70 kg). As you can tell from the photos, I'm a bit overweight, and am trying to lose weight.

Do I have gyne? Would working out help? Please give me your honest opinion.

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
Looks like you have a minor case of gyne.  Physically it's minor (compared to some), don't have any idea how it's effecting you mentally. Exercise may help your abs but won't do anything for the gyne.

agree with jc71, gyne, "mild" case.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?

  • Having lipo is like going to the dentist its done
Yours is milder than mine. My endocrinologist said that mine is a mild case of gyne. So you are very lucky, I suppose none will notice when you take your shirt off in the public.  Try losing weight first and working out, even daily 30 min cardio or walking would do to slim down. Then take another set of pics and post it here.
You said you are Asian, Im Asian too, are you living in PH?

Ungamity,
How old are you? You look very young from your pics. You may want to see an endocrinologist first, always a good idea, especially if you're young.

Oh by the why, If you're not legal, you may want to file a complaint against cruz for hitting on a minor.  C'mon cruz, leave the kids out of it.
