Hey all,

i've had gynecomastia since i was around 15 years old. i have always been very self-conscious of it. it anoys my to no end because i find it hard to go swimming/sauna/wear light clothing (white shirt etc) i also don't want any sexuel intercourse because of it. i'm scared that they think it's very ugly/getting rejected because of it. this are photos of when they are hard i think they look beter then but it is very noticable with a light shirt. so i was wondering would should be my course of action. should i first lose more weight? currently i am 182cm and 78 kilo i'm thinking about going to 75. and if i take treatment will my nipples also be smaller? can i wear light shirts again without anything noticable? if the pictures are not clear enough please say so. i can also take pictures of them when they are puffy. all the help is appreciated. i also hope my english readable it's not my foreign languange. really thanks for the help. If you have puffy nipples, then losing weight will not improve them -- and in some circumstances, it can make them look worse (ie more prominent).  The only permanent treatment for them is surgery.

No it would not.  Just choose your surgeon very carefully!
