Hi everyone,

Just had my surgery on monday. It was combination of gland removal by excision and liposuction.

I had my surgery on public hospital (in Finland) so there's practically no costs involved. I guess the total costs are about 200 euros/USD dollars so far ;o)

There's few pre and post operation pictures here:

I'm really happy with the surgery and results. Got to go back to gym after the healing period is over in order to get some "filling" back to the chest ;-)

Cheers! :-)

Looks great from what I can see.

You wouldnt happen to have any Pre-Op picture with a side view would you? That'd show the results much better.

Hi guys,

Thanks for the comments  :)

Here's pre & post pics side by side. Quite big change  8)

If someone is interested in "personal specs", so I'm 174 cm tall, weight about 75 kg, 33 years old. Have bit of belly that now looks huge due to flat chest  :D Got to continue working on the gym to flatten that also.

I have Klinefelter´s syndrome so that's probably the main reason for having the gynecomastia.

I'll post new pics later on after the bruising is gone and the swelling goes down.

Klinefelter´s syndrome? Cant say I've heard of that. Would you mind telling what it is?

Hmm.. There's probably some http-referer blocking thing on Yahoo's web server preventing displaying pics on other pages  :P

But both of those pics are available on the Yahoo gallery:

http://uk.photos.yahoo.com/findude3 -> pre surgery album.

There's good information package on Klinefelter's here on gynecomastia.org:

http://www.gynecomastia.org/content/general/klinsyd.shtml

I have some of the symptoms listed there, luckily not all  :D

Hi,

Thanks for the empathy Texan  :)

I don't see the Klinefelter's that serious issue. That's just having a "feature". Most people have some sort of health issues, more or less serious. I apply small amount testosterone gel every day and that's it :)

I added new pics to the gallery - 7 days post operation. Skin is still quite bruised and swollen. Due to swelling the chest looks bit bumby. Let's hope that will be smoother later on.

Hi everyone,

There's new photos available, it's now almost one month after the operation:

http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/findude3/album?.dir=6f96

There's kind of hard lump on the left side under the wound. It occured about week after the surgery. Doctor said it might take at least few months before it disappears.  It has gone down a bit already. It's usually better in the morning and bit more noticeable in the afternoon.

There was some fluid on the left side and it had to be punctured twice with a huuuuuuuge needle :P Luckily the skin was bit numb that time so it was not painfull operation.  8)

There's a tiny wrinkle on the right side under the nipple and a small lump under the wound.

Also the chest is still bit bumby and bit sore. Especially when moving hands to certain position there's bit of pain. For example when sleeping in certain positions, like hand under the pillow, you can feel bit discomfort.

I'm still very happy with the results and looking forward to see how the healing process goes on.  :)

Cheers!

Hi guys,

It's now 2 months from the operation. There's new pics available:

http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/findude3/album?.dir=8582re2

There's still quite a lot of internal scar tissue on the left side. But the shape of the tissue has changed so I'm optimistic it might go away in time  :-/

I haven't massaged the scar area that much. It's usually gets quite irritated afterwards so I'm not sure if it would do any good. Any recommendations?

I've also started working on gym again. Development is not that quick in the chest area but I'm not giving up ;-)

Take care!
