The chest area is still a bit bruised and swollen...and the right breast is slighlty a bit more swollen than the left one.
I hope this is a question of time, I mean all the swelling and bruising will be gradually gone in a few weeks right? Thanks for your opinion/ feedback. This Friday I will meet my surgeon to remove the stitches and am curious to ask him how much gland/fat has been removed from my chest. I forgot to ask him after I woke up from anesthesia as I was still a bit sleepy. Will keep you posted. Thanks!

Yeah, I am quite happy with the result even though all my chest is still swollen...how long do you think the healing process will take? Is there something I can take (pills) or put (cream) on this area in order to ease this healing? Thanks!

Ya give it some time and the bruising and swelling will subside (not a doctor going by what I see/read)

Did you have incision and gland removal in addition to lipo?

Hey MS, yes I had incision and glad removal together with lipo. I don't know how much was taken out though, will ask the surgeon this Thursday when he will remove the stitches. After the operation the chest area was a little bit bruised and swollen, now after a week the swelling has increased, is this normal?

again I am not a doctor but some swelling week out is normal from what I have read

might have some scaring forming as well which is increasing the appearance of swelling.

Let us know what the doc says

Hey banger, I did the surgery in Brussels, Belgium. It cost 2150 euros, roughly 3300 USD everything included (vert garment too).

Hey guys, so I had my follow-up with the surgeon to remove the stitches. He said the result was very good. The bruising is now gone but both breasts are still swollen (the area under my armpit and close to each breast is a bit hard, I am putting some arnica gel to let this go down, we'll see), hope this will slowly go way though ;) He also told me that he took away almost 100 grams of tissue and 300 cc of fat. Please have a look at some other pics below (12 days after the operation):
