My libido is quite strong, but I don't really have the equipment needed. I used to joke within my wife that we were in a lesbian relationship.

Toys are basically the only option. 🙄

Sitting has been something I've done for years. My wife would complain about splashing and spots that I wouldn't notice on the floor. I just figured sitting would be easier and give me a moment to just relax for a few.
I'm on the other side of the spectrum in that 'sitting' has been my only option my entire life. I tried a urinal once our of curiosity and peed all over myself.

So I am the odd man out.

My libido is quite strong, but also different.
I wont peruse some of it here, but what is weird is that when i do get "urges" there is a much deeper aspect to it and one that isn't fulfilled with a simple quicky.

I also feel other things that are just as strange and weird that I cannot fully explain. Just that they are there.

Atrophy is another thing that is a sign of low T/elevated E men don't want to talk about either. I have heard nurses say that if they need to do a catheterization on a man with atrophy, they will use the female catheter because it works better for the patient.
That term definitely applies... atrophy... AND it has contributed to my decision to sit down when I pee rather than stand up.  I eliminate "accidents" that way.  I always marveled at how my former wife went through toilet paper... now I understand.

Birdie, I work in the medical field and I am surprised almost every day at how ignorant some CNAs and MAs can be.  I know a lot of them that know as much as an RN but some seem to only have a kindergarten level of medical knowledge.   All they have to do is read your medical history and they would know that you DO have real breasts.

Interesting, I can see why, but don't think I have that issue. It's definitely smaller, but from what I understand it never actually "shrinks" just appears to due to lack of stretching from ED and whatever. But can imagine if general shrinkage like when it's cold and such is more permanent as a result of ED and depending how retracted it becomes, alternatives like that may be more equipped to get the job done.

Acceptance Garments / Re: Finding clothes that fit.

I have a friend who is a professional bra fitter and owned her own successful store for years. She recently went to work at TWO different major department store clothiers and got so fed up with the lack of knowledge or care the fitters had for the customers so quit in short order. According to her, it's all about moving in stock product. It doesn't matter if it fits, if it is close and you can talk the customer into buying it, do what it takes to sell it. No training other than get a reference measurement and start throwing bras at them until they bite. As you can imagine, she's fed up with the whole industry.
The amount of ignorance in the industry is astounding coupled with "sales quotas" they send to all the outlets. Last Saturday the manager told the assistant manager, "did you see our expected quota for today?"

That makes a dangerous combo, but I'm glad our Torrid has girls that "know their bras!"

I can only imagine. That is ridiculous, but not surprising. I imagine they understand as well, that it's all about sex appeal and confidence when wearing. So an ill fitting bra that still looks good or provides the look of interest, may be easier to sell than a properly fitting bra that isn't the same intrigue. I'd assume they have the same bra in the right size no matter what, but who knows.
