So I am a 18 year old and recently developed hard lumps under both of my nipples.  I am very fit and go to the gym 6 days a week and in no way have fat but my nipples protrude and are hard. If I push super hard on them they will secrete some clear liquid. I had the same thing when I was 13 but they went away. Do I need surgery or will it go away on its own?

First -- don't push, pinch, squeeze your nipples -- what are you hoping to accomplish?  Just leave those puppies alone.

If you have only recently developed lumps, then it is best to leave them alone and simply observe.  Also, assess if you have been taking any drugs (anabolic steroids, OTC "supplements") or any other standard, doctor-prescribed medications, which might account for possible growth.
