Hey
So I have always had puffy nipples when warm, so allways a little gyno.

When theu are anything but warm the look fine to me...

Been on a low does of fin for about 7 months and about a week ago had out of no where burning and itchy chest, and a pain in my arm pit area.

I stopped fin and pain stayed the same.
Saw a gp who said she couldnt feel any gyno.

But gave me clortrimazole cream for thrush :/ and it has made some of the pain go away but im not convinced.

I can feel a small pea like object to the left of my nipple on both sides gp said it was nothing any ideas :)

Or does everyone have a bit of gland near the nipple ?

Its been really painful but I guess a week is not long enough is it, or is it :/?
thanks

i honestly don't see a single thing wrong. Areolas and nipples look very male and not puffy or swollen at all. Pea sized lump could just be your natural breast tissue. Men have a small amount behind their areolas and nipple and it is what keeps them level vs sunk in. I think you're fine man, in the words of any cop out there "nothing to see here"

Most people who use Finasteride do so without such side effects.  I have not looked it up lately, but they did list swelling of the breast as a possible side effect.  I have heard complaints of loss of libido as well but those claims were long ago and seem to have died out.
As far as the breast itself, the Male breast and that of the female is identical up to Puberty. We all have the beginnings of glandular tissue, and it can enlarge at any time.  We have Estrogen, just as women also have Testosterone.  The balance is what is important and testosterone dominates in the male while Estrogen dominates in the female.
Irritability such as what you mention sounds more like something going on with the lymph glands.

Im gonna give it a week or so more then try it again, i have got And ai and serm in hand now, for if it is gyno...would they at least control the pain if its breat enlargment.
Thanks for the reply, i hope its lymph glands...

You look like a fairly skinny guy with a flat chest.  Like Steven said; everyone, men and women have some amount of breast tissue.  If you had less meat on you, you would look like skin and bones.  Your side view looks like you have normal bone structure.  Your chest looks fine.  Your nipples look in the normal range for size as far as I can see.

As for your “… burning and itchy chest, and a pain in my arm pit area.” It sounds like you have some symptoms in search of a problem.  Like Grandpa Dan said maybe something in the lymph nodes or could be some other irritation.  Hopefully it is something easier to cure than gynecomastia.
