hey, i had my op on october last year and have still something under my entire right nipple. it feels fu.... hard. i cant squeeze it or anything. is it gland or scar tissue?
i heard that gland would be softer, but this thing is like a circle, and goes a little bit "inside" the chest...but not much...

anybody?before my surgery, the gland was not so hard... it causes the nipple a bit to puff out...

Yeah, it's probably where the incision was made underneath your areola.  The incision site is where you get the scar tissue band underneath your nipple that may cause a little puffiness.  It will go away in time.
