i have gyno but muscle at the same time...rather than having boobs i just have just a gland and a nipple with the smallest amount of fat on the end of chest. It is weird it is just a puffy nipple sitting at the end of a normal muscular chest. is their any exercise to tone that last inch of fat at the end of the muscle to reduce that annoying nipple from poking through my shirt?? ive dealt for quite awhile..

cluey

I have had this problem for 10 yrs. I've always worked out and am pretty lean (5'10", 160lbs) but that  fatty tissue and pointy nipple at the end of my pecs won't go. I don't have any hard tissue, discs, lumps of tissue, etc and thought it was pseudo-gynecomastia that can be shifted. You might be able to if you get down to a ridiculously low bodyfat % and stay there. I'm at 12% bodyfat and know that dipping significantly lower is not sustainable in the long run for me.

I spoke to Dr. Delgado. He said it was a mix of fat and fingers of gland. Seems that Delgado knows what he is doing so I am going under his knife in a few weeks. Lipo & excision.

Fingers crossed...

hey there. I´m brand new to the forums, and this is my first post. I have gyne and recently lost alot of weight. been afraid to tackle my medical problem for some time, and have kind of suffered alone with it for quite some time. I see from reading this forum that I´ve roughly gone about things in a sensibleish way, only problem is i did too much cardio on an excerise bike for about a month, about 40 mins a day doing roughly 15-20km. My legs have never clicked so much! Now I´ve stopped the exercise, and my diet isn´t excessive, I eat pretty much what I like in relatively moderate portions and the sugars are gone bar natural fruit.
I think i may finally enough money to resolve my surgery privately as i was operated on before with little success from what I can tell, and it has left me still unable to "de-robe" in public.
I wouldn´t mind tightening up the loose skin a bit and maybe toning up before I even think of a consultancy. I don´t really want to gym it, just get it done at home and you guys seem to pretty much know what your talking about. Is their any recommendations to some kind of work out?
also, im pretty new to the states also, is there any recommendations of a consultant or surgeon who specialises in this field, I kind of have a terror of them now and I get paranoid reading about treatments or which private doctors to go to.
Sorry for not posting in a more appropriate thread. And apologies for posting twice

Guys, I think I have the same problem. I am pretty slim 5'9'' 150, my body fat is probably 12-14% but it seems like most my chest is fat. It has been bothering me for some time now. I know some people will say its not a big deal, but it is to me. I am going to see a doctor about it this coming Monday. It just doesn't make sense. I see other guys with the same amount of body fat as me but their chests are flatter. I just don't understand it. This picture probably doesn't do it justice. You can tell the pec on your right is definitely lopsided. I think you can really tell in a full body shot because then you can see how disproportionately large my chest is. I have already posted in the past about this and people say there is nothing wrong. If everyone on the board keeps telling me this, then it will give me added impetus to talk to my doctor about BDD and whether I have it or not.
