Hey guys
I was wondering if I should get lean for surgery or just work on my chest more to make the Gyne more noticeable and therefore easier to remove making the result look better in the end run ?

Depends, what is your weight and fat %?

My surgeon said he gets better results on someone with a healthy weight. He said too skinny isn't good and too fat isn't good either. I was getting a bit pudgy so i've started losing a bit of weight in advance of my surgery to give him the best chance.

Obviously, it depends on your weight now.  If you plan to lose between 10 and 15 lbs, then doing so will have no substantial effect on the results of any surgery.  If you  plan to lose 50 lbs, then do so first -- and then consult an expert surgeon for an opinion.

Good luck!
