I started developing gyno a few months ago. My nipples are very swollen/puffy, and my pecs look more like breasts now...

I've been drinking half a gallon of whole milk (organic and grass-fed) every day for the past 1.5 years (need fat/calories due to working out). Is it possible that these large quantities of milk have caused my problem? And if so, would discontinuing the milk cause my gyno to go away?

Strongly doubt if drinking whole milk,, even in quantity, would cause your gyne.

In view of the recent onset, would recommend an evaluation by an endocrinologist ASAP.  IF there is a hormonal cause for your gyne, it is better to treat it early and perhaps try to reverse it if possible.

Good luck!

Thanks for the reply, I'll schedule an appointment as soon as I can. About how long is the window during which this is reversible?

Can't say how long a window is possible -- but the shorter the time frame from onset and the quicker any treatment is instituted, the better the chances.  But in the long run, you will only know in retrospect.
