I'm on my 7th day post-op.
The surgeon says she removed nearly a full litre from my breasts - I had lipo only!
I'll never be thin, I was 210lbs at the surgery.  Yesterday she said I was healing nicely requiring no further plasters etc
I've got the vest (more like a large elastic bandage) on and bravely took it off on day 5 to look at the results.
Its not easy showering above and below the bandage)  ;)

I'm flatter than I ever thought possible with no real pain except above the vest and expected itching and painful twitches.
It keeps rolling up and down my body and rubbing the purple and bruised area above my breast. I
know its supposed to be tight but its (almost) over my nipples when I wake up. Any advice please?

I've nothing to compare the results to so how do I know what is swelling and what is the fat of my body?
Here's a pre-op picture.
Advice welcome,
AndyPandy

try wearing one of those thin hanes tagless white undershirts under the vest to prevent rubbing.
