Ok im not going to type out a page of writing, ill cut it down

This is my surgery

Im currentley 2 months post, and happy with the results. The right hand side is more puffed out than the left making my pecs look uneven. Its not bad enough for me to even consider revision but id just want some advice

is this still swelling? and if so how long can it take to dissapate?

It's scar tissue and/or edema, both normal after gland excision and liposuction.

You're gonna have to be patient man. It can take up to a year to go away.

I have the same problem. Both nipples (left more then right) are a bit puffy again. Am currently 3 weeks post op and had lipo + excision done. Am hoping it's only swelling and not an indication that not enough gland was taken out...
Ordered 2 new compression vests yesterday since the ones I have now are not as tight anymore as in the beginning.

Have you tried machine washing and drying ?  I did so with mine everyday and the tightness returned instantly.
