So I got the kenalog shot.
Dr. Howard Sutkin has Los Gatos and San Jose offices. He did 2 lypos on my left side. Then he gave me a kenalog shot for $500. Told me to give it 1 month so it can melt the scar tissue. He said it's okay to act as normal as in working out. Thoughts?

He's a doctor if he said its ok then it must be ok ;)

Trust me ... takes yearrrrs of studying to become a DR. - if he wasnt sure he would refer you to a specialist.
