Hello, I am 10 weeks post op and have been massaging for the last 5 weeks how much longer should I continue? Thank you for your replies.

Timing for After Surgery Scar Care, when to start, and how long to continue depend on the original problem, what was done, and many other factors best directed to your own surgeon. Once tissue is soft, further scar care has little advantage.
